Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 30-day return period based on calendar days starting from the date your order is delivered. Customers may request a return or refund within this period if the item meets the eligibility requirements listed below.

Please do not return any item without contacting our support team first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following situations:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Non-defective items in original condition
- Defective or damaged items upon arrival
- Incorrect item received due to fulfillment error
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- Product shows no signs of pet hair, odor, stains, damage, or outdoor use
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product safety considerations for pet products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Pet clothing that has been worn or washed
- Pet harnesses, collars, or accessories showing signs of use or adjustment
- Pet toys that have been chewed, damaged, or used
- Products with pet hair, stains, odors, or visible wear
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or included accessories
- Any product not in resalable condition
At this time, WeaPaws does not offer customized or personalized products.
Return Shipping Costs & Label Policy
If the return is caused by a product-related issue, such as:
- Damaged item upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
- Defective product
WeaPaws may assist customers with the return process depending on the situation.
For returns related to personal reasons, including:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Personal preference
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for standard returns.
There are no return handling fees, restocking fees, or additional processing fees for approved returns.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For standard returns due to personal reasons, original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order originally received free shipping, a standard outbound shipping cost of $5.99 may be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or PayPal.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter the shipping process.
Once an order has been shipped or prepared for shipment, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, customers may follow the return procedure after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Photos of the package and product may be required to help verify the issue and process your request.

WeaPaws is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
