Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are usually processed on the same business day. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM (EST) will generally be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Please note that order processing times may be slightly extended during peak shopping seasons, holidays, or unexpected logistics delays.
Shipping Origin
Our products are supplied through our factory operations in China and shipped through our international warehouse in the United States. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or transportation-related factors.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship only within the continental United States.
Shipping is available to:
- The 48 contiguous U.S. states
We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
- Northern Mariana Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Any other U.S. offshore islands or territories
At this time, we do not offer shipping services outside the supported U.S. delivery regions listed above.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes.
- Orders from $0.01 to $26.99: Shipping fee of $5.99
- Orders of $27.00 or more: Free standard shipping
Free shipping is available only within the continental United States and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military regions, or offshore territories.

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email address.

WeaPaws is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customers.
Delivery Issues
If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional assistance.
Please note that shipping carriers are responsible for final delivery once packages are in transit.
